By October 15, Belarus had harvested 3,021 thousand tons of sugar beet, processing 60% of the fields.

Average yield is 475 centners per hectare, which is 26 centners per hectare higher than last year. Sugar content of the root crop is 17%.

The largest harvest was gathered in Minsk, Grodno, and Brest regions. Of the harvested amount, 80% has been delivered to sugar beet reception points, and 57% of the plan has been fulfilled under the state order.
