The corresponding decision was adopted by the Council of Ministers' resolution of September 24, 2026 No. 487.

The import of apples originating from states that are not members of the EAEU will be carried out on the basis of one‑time licenses issued by the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade (MART) in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.

The resolution has been adopted to ensure the domestic market is fully supplied with domestic apples during the off‑season period, based on the high harvest.
