At the meeting of the public-consultative (expert) council for business development that took place in the conglomerate "Belneftekhim", experts discussed the draft resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on "Licensing Imports".

As reported by the company's press service, the document provides for the introduction, with a term of six months, unilaterally, of a temporary measure of non-tariff regulation in the form of licensing imported tires for passenger cars with a wheel diameter not exceeding 16 inches and tires for cargo vehicles with a load index greater than 121, whose analogs are produced by the domestic manufacturer – JSC "Belshina".

It is clarified that the draft resolution is generally approved and will be submitted to the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus after further refinement of the assessment of the regulatory impact on the conditions of conducting entrepreneurial activities.
