The Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus inspection for Mogilev region reminds that the deadline for payment of real estate tax, land tax, transport tax as a single property tax, as well as rent for the use of land plots for 2025 – no later than November 16, 2026.

For late payment, penalties are charged for each calendar day of delay.

Moreover, individuals who have failed to pay (underpaid) the single property tax as of January 1, 2027 in an amount exceeding one basic unit, calculation of property taxes for 2026 will be made taking into account the estimated amount determined as 15 (fifteen) percent of the unpaid single property tax amount as of January 1.
