A regular carrier from the Mogilev district, operating passenger transport on urban and suburban routes, paid 46.9 thousand rubles in taxes to the budget, including 46.1 thousand rubles of personal income tax.

It was established that the carrier, in violation of tax legislation, did not calculate or pay personal income tax when issuing loans to individuals.

The taxpayer also understated the tax base under the simplified taxation system by 14 thousand rubles, resulting in an additional tax assessment of 0.8 thousand rubles.

The violation was identified during desk‑control activities by staff of the MNS inspection for the Mogilev district, who sent a notice to the organization.

The carrier complied with the notice in full. Taxes amounting to 46.9 thousand rubles were voluntarily calculated and paid to the budget, including personal income tax of 46.1 thousand rubles.
