A regular carrier from Mogilev District, which carries passengers in urban and suburban communications, paid 46.9 thousand rubles in taxes to the budget.

— It was established that the carrier, in violation of tax legislation norms, when issuing loans to individuals, did not calculate and did not pay personal income tax, — explained the press center of the MNS inspection of the Republic of Belarus in Mogilev Region. — Also, the taxpayer reduced the tax base for the tax under the simplified taxation system by 14 thousand rubles, which resulted in an additional tax assessment of 0.8 thousand rubles.

The violation was identified during desk audit activities by employees of the MNS inspection of Mogilev District, who sent a notice to the organization.

The carrier fulfilled the notice in full. Taxes in the amount of 46.9 thousand rubles were voluntarily calculated and paid into the budget, including personal income tax on individuals amounting to 46.1 thousand rubles.
