In the agricultural enterprises of the Budakoshlevsky district this year, 80 active graduates of agrarian colleges and universities arrived. To help them adapt to their first job, meetings were organized with district leadership, experienced specialists, and mentors. During such events, young people can receive practical advice or identify existing problems. One of them had a correspondent from "Gomelsky Pravdy".

Participants in an important conversation included more than ten dozen young specialists from SUPS "Andreevka", KSUPS "Gubichy" and a branch of JSC "Homselmash" "Yubileyno-Agro". These include economists, accountants, agronomists, veterinary field medics, machine-tractor park operation engineers, mechanics, and tractor-machinists.

Speaking warmly to the newcomers, head of the district Council of Deputies Sergei Khalday noted: "We are interested that the experience you gained at educational institutions has brought to the enterprise where you have been hired for your first job. On our side, we will try to create the necessary social and professional conditions that will allow you to settle here, start families, and work enthusiastically for the benefit of the district, introducing innovative approaches to daily work in the agricultural sector."

Speakers at the roundtable also included leaders of major agribusiness enterprises in the district, the head of the ideological department of the district executive committee, leaders of district public organizations of the APK union and the NGO "BRSM", and village heads. In their speeches they emphasized not only professional careers and upskilling but also creative realization and leisure. Young people were invited to participate in district life, including working in the youth council of the Budakoshlevsky District Council of Deputies. A Belarusbank specialist spoke about existing preferential loans under Presidential Decree No. 631 provided to young specialists, with interest rates approximately five times lower.

The meeting concluded with a joint photo and the presentation of commemorative gifts from speakers and the district organization ROO "Belarus". As journalist Sergei Khalday commented, this dialogue format allows not only identifying problematic points but also responding to them promptly.
