From September 21 to October 6, traffic on the section of the M-6 road leading to Korobchitsy is completely closed. This is due to major repairs of the road surface. The route of city transport will remain unchanged, but suburban transport will take a different route.

As reported by the Grodno regional municipal transport unitary enterprise “Operator of Passenger Transportation,” regular suburban bus service will operate along Solomovaya, Sovetskikh Pogranichnikov, Gorodenskaya, and Tarusichskaya streets.

“Taking into account the detour and the expected traffic situation, we have adjusted the departure times of some suburban transport. For example, for shuttle buses to garden cooperatives, the departure time from the garden association and arrival in Grodno have shifted: now the transport will leave a little later and arrive in the regional center also a little later than usual. Buses will leave Grodno at the same time as before the road closure,” said Dmitry Patsuy, director of the Grodno regional municipal transport unitary enterprise “Operator of Passenger Transportation.”

The travel time has also changed. Now you will have to spend approximately 19 to 21 minutes longer on the road than usual. Ticket prices will also change slightly, because the detour around the section under repair is about 10 kilometers long.
