Another nuance is route regularity, in other words, strict adherence to the schedule. By the way, only three people are responsible for compiling the public transport route map – these are experienced engineers of the enterprise who have dedicated many years to the profession.

"The route planning mechanism begins with the collection of primary data. We study passenger flows, analyze complaints from residents, and monitor route occupancy. Only then is a decision made about adding a transport unit, adjusting the schedule, and so on. First and foremost, the transport schedule is aligned with the operations of social institutions: kindergartens, schools, and enterprises," explains the director of the Grodno City Public Transport Operator.
