You know, I often catch myself thinking how many incredible people there are around us. But women, in particular, fascinate me most. There is some incredible, almost magical energy among us. It seems like everyday routine, endless household chores and an unending list of tasks that never ends – all this should be exhausting. But no. We manage to find within ourselves the strength not just to patiently endure life's difficulties, but to move forward, to dream and discover something new. The inner spark that drives us to go towards the unknown, despite everything – that is our superpower.

One of those incredible women is my interlocutor – Alona Khristapovich.

Alona was born and grew up in the agricultural town of Lipniki. After finishing school, she went to study at the Gomel Trade-Economic College. Alona's professional path began immediately after receiving her diploma – she came to work at the local "Khozortorg". Her first place of applying herself was the warehouse: precisely from there goods were dispatched to shops across the city and district, and Alona was responsible for their smart distribution.

Interestingly, as a child she saw herself in a completely different role – my interlocutor dreamed of following her mother's footsteps and becoming a chef. However, time made its adjustments, and having grown older, Alona understood that her true calling was trade. And already more than twenty years ago she has remained loyal to this profession. Over these years she managed to work at various points, but all of them were connected with industrial products and invariably part of the structure of the Drogichinsky raypo (trading organization).

Currently, I work at the "Stroymarket" store. I sincerely enjoy what I do, admits Alona. – I love live communication, the opportunity to advise a customer, help him decide on a choice. And when you see sincere gratitude and a happy smile in response, you come to the realization that you are in your right place.

Alona's personal life developed harmoniously according to the classic script. Marriage. Children appeared. They are four in total.

At present, the eldest daughter Daria works as a nail technician. Daughter Alexander is in eleventh grade and dreams of becoming a biotechnologist. Zakhar is the real man in their large and friendly family. He is not only Mom's defender, but also a reliable support and backing. In the future, Zakhar wants to connect his life with construction. The youngest, Kire, is only three years old. She, as a little girl, is immersed in love and care from the entire family.

While on maternity leave, Alena wanted to do something interesting. At first she was into kanzashi – making hair elastics and hairpins, and later she became interested in food floristry.

Her hobby began with a gift – a friend gave Alena an unusual fruit bouquet. The idea impressed her so much that she thought: 'Why not try it myself?'

At first these were modest compositions for her closest ones, but the hobby quickly grew into something more. Today Alena is a self‑taught master whose works delight hundreds of people. Her repertoire includes bright fruit bouquets, exquisite candy compositions, and rugged men’s sets.

Alena believes a gift doesn’t have to be expensive to be memorable. What matters is originality and attention to detail. She will gladly help you choose the perfect option that fits any budget and is sure to bring a smile to the recipient’s face.

Moreover, Alena makes candles from natural wax and handmade soap. Each of her products features a unique design and high quality, because she puts her soul and attention to detail into the process. Each of Alena’s items undergoes careful material selection. She uses only natural components, making her products not only beautiful but also safe for health. As a result, the candles burn evenly and for a long time, and the soap gently cares for the skin without causing irritation. Besides classic shapes and scents, Alena experiments with unusual combinations, creating genuine art objects that attract attention and inspire. Over the years, Alena's life has been filled with new colors and responsibilities. Her children are a true gift from fate; they are her protection and support, and it is they who give her strength. Balancing parenting with a demanding job and hobbies is not easy, but Alena always finds a balance, drawing strength from the support of her loved ones. Her children, understanding how important their mother's professional fulfillment is, have always been a reliable backing, sharing household chores with her and her joy.

Today, looking back, Alena warmly recalls each stage of her path. She has traveled from a warehouse worker to an experienced salesperson whose opinion is trusted by regular customers. Over two decades, technologies have changed, and store formats have been updated, but the main thing remains constant – her attitude towards her work. For her, trade is not just dry report numbers or stocking shelves, but above all, the art of interacting with people. Furthermore, Alena is very glad that she found herself in her hobby, which fills her with new ideas and pushes her towards new knowledge.
