In mid-September, the botanical garden of BGSKHA turned into an epicenter of style and aesthetics. Here the second open Horki Kitchen Garden Show took place — an event for those who saw the vegetable garden and garden as a space for creativity, beauty, and a special rhythm of life.

The main idea of the forum was to prove that a vegetable garden can be no less decorative than a flower bed, and the harvest can bring not only benefit but also aesthetic pleasure. Over these two days, the venue brought together a wide variety of people: from seasoned agronomist scientists and professional landscape designers to enthusiastic amateurs whose eyes light up at the sight of a rare tomato variety or a well-arranged flowerbed.

The two days of the event were packed with activities. The lecture segment immersed participants in the nuances of professional gardening: experts discussed the subtleties of plant mineral nutrition, the role of potassium in crop development, the benefits of green manures, and even the secrets of creating medicinal gardens. Special attention was given to the 'architecture' of the garden — discussing how to harmoniously incorporate sculptures and pavilions into the landscape.
