
Honor announced the launch date for its upcoming flagship smartphone series, Magic9, which will take place on September 28. On that day the company will release the Magic9 and Magic9 Pro Max. However, information has emerged that, in addition to these models, the brand will also launch the Honor Magic9 Super Edition.
The smartphone will feature a 6.81‑inch flat AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a refresh rate of up to 165 Hz, as well as an 11,000 mAh battery.
Regarding other specifications, the Magic9 Super Edition is expected to include a 200‑MP main camera, a 12‑MP ultra‑wide lens, a 50‑MP telephoto lens, and a 50‑MP front camera. The device will run Magic 11 OS based on Android 17, and, as befitting a flagship, it will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.
The new model will be available in four colors: yellow (Yellow Rice), green (Olive Green), white (Morning White), and black (Curtain Black). The RAM and internal storage options, depending on the variant, will be 12 GB/256 GB, 12 GB/512 GB, and 16 GB/512 GB.
