Today was a truly festive day for the residents of Komarin – in the lead-up to the Day of the October Revolution, 10 people received keys to new rental apartments. Soon they would move into the recently built multi-apartment building 13B on D.F. Grechushkin Street. The total living area of the building is 595 square meters. All construction and subcontracting work was carried out by workers from the branch of "Khoynitsky Cement Plant" OOO "Mozyrsky DSK".
The people who congratulated the new residents and handed over the keys to the coveted apartments were First Deputy Chairman – the head of the rural industry and food supply department of the district administration, Maxim Bolshakov, and Vadim Ermolenko, head of the housing, construction and architecture department of the district administration.
– Today we are opening a new residential building, built to implement Presidential Decree No. 38 of the Republic of Belarus. This event has enormous significance for our district, noted Maxim Bolshakov. – Thank you to everyone who participated in the construction and improvement of this object. I wish that the building becomes a true fortress, a place of warmth and coziness. May children's laughter and kind words always sound in it.
As soon as the keys were in their hands, the new residents went to inspect their new square meters.
– I am very happy to have obtained housing. Until now I had to rent an apartment in Komarin, – shared Svetlana Fedorenko, a worker at the Komarin Forestry Enterprise. – Here work is not far away, and in the yard they have installed a playground with a sandbox, swings and benches. Everything is nice and we celebrate the holiday with a great mood.
