
Igor Poznyak’s tenure as the senior combine operator at the KSU “Byvalki” agricultural and industrial complex amounts to more than 25 years. In the current season, the seasoned agrarian once again demonstrated his high skill, harvesting over 1,000 tons of grain.
A native of Sinsk, Igor Nikolaevich has been accustomed to peasant labor since childhood. His love for machinery, awakened in his youth, became a lifelong calling. After serving in the army, he returned to his hometown farm, where over decades he earned a reputation as a “jack of all trades.” Whether at the helm of a combine or steering a vehicle, he meticulously ensures the reliability of the entrusted equipment, always ready to lend a shoulder to his colleagues. Igor Nikolaevich himself is confident: the key to success lies in personal responsibility and sincere devotion to one’s work.
