A high level of representation is expected from the Russian side at the INNOPROM. Belarus exhibition. This was reported at a press conference by Irina Ivanova, First Deputy Director of the BELINTEREXPO exhibition unitary enterprise of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, BELTA correspondent reports.

The II International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM. Belarus will be held in Minsk from September 30 to October 2.

Irina Ivanova reported that applications for participation were being accepted even before the first INNOPROM wrapped up. "These were requests both from participants confirming their readiness to perform the following year and from those who could not take part last year for various reasons. This year, we conducted extensive work on forming the participant pool, and today more than 500 companies have applied," she said.

A high level of representation is expected from the Russian side. Among the confirmed participants are the state corporations Rostec and Rosatom, the Russian Export Center, as well as industrial giants such as KAMAZ. Significant attention is paid to regional presence. "Today these include Tatarstan, Mordovia, Udmurtia, Bryansk, Chelyabinsk, Leningrad oblasts, and St. Petersburg. We expect all of them with exhibition stands," the speaker noted.

At the international level, the exposition will be represented by the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), as well as delegations from Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. Irina Ivanova emphasized that the participant list is updated daily, and the organizers are open to new proposals until registration closes.

The First Deputy Director is confident that for a regional enterprise, participating in the exhibition is stepping onto a big stage. "Our task is to make this stage as comfortable and large as possible. Small businesses want to introduce themselves to big business, find investors or partners. The main advantage here is that everyone meets in one place at one time. This saves time and resources above all," Irina Ivanova explained.

She is confident that top executives of enterprises will visit the exhibition, which will facilitate the prompt conclusion of deals. "To date, 29 governors of Russian regions have already confirmed their arrival. Typically, governors come with major businesses, which serve as a window to the international arena for any regional enterprise," she added.

The exhibition will combine four key components of business tourism: bilateral negotiations, product demonstrations, conference activities, and an excursion program. More than 20 thematic conferences and plenary sessions will be held as part of the event.

Irina Ivanova reminded about the importance of timely registration: "To ensure that visiting the exhibition is as convenient and comfortable as possible, registration must be completed by September 19."

For the convenience of guests and residents of Minsk, additional shuttles with the INNOPROM. Belarus branding will operate during the exhibition.
