In May 2026, the shares of ZAO ASB-Agro Gorodets were transferred to the economic management of RUP Mogilevoblgaz. A comprehensive program for the modernization of the agricultural enterprise for 2026-2027 was developed, with a financing volume of around 86.5 million rubles. It provides for the construction and modernization of a number of facilities, including a farm for breeding pedigree livestock of meat breeds for 800 heads. Alexander Lukashenko visited this new modern farm and gave a high assessment of what he saw.

Alexander Lukashenko gave the current head of the farm, Sergei Sys, some advice. You have your whole life ahead of you. I came in roughly the same way, but the starting conditions are different. Today you have everything, said the head of state, referring to the modernization carried out and the significant investments made.

Further, returns are needed, and the key condition for this is discipline: both labor and technological. I have outlined the task, drawn it up. Discipline must be ironclad - this is not my invention. There is no other way.

Don't be stingy with people's salaries, but it should be a salary, not a handout, added Alexander Lukashenko.

God forbid I see that it will be worse than it is now. Therefore, I advise you: demand this from people. You are a young person. You are the future of this country. It is from here that people like you should grow, and we will promote them upwards, said the head of state.

He also gave practical advice - not to save on farm managers. Each territory of the farm should have a responsible person in charge. The importance of this approach became apparent recently after a thorough analysis of the shortcomings in the work of another farm in the Shklov district, Govyady-agro.
