From September 25 to 30, 2026, the State Traffic Inspectorate will conduct a large-scale preventive event to ensure safety during cargo transportation.

Inspectors will pay special attention to drivers transporting bulk materials and other agricultural products. Road police officers will tighten control over how the cargo is placed, its technical condition, and whether drivers use special protective tarpaulins.

As reported by the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee's Internal Affairs Directorate, the main goal is to prevent pollution and littering of the roadway. The State Traffic Inspectorate emphasized: if a faulty truck or vehicle lacking the necessary permits is put into service, not only the driver will be punished.

Officials responsible for releasing such vehicles will be held administratively liable in accordance with the law.
