Grain deliveries under the state order in Belarus have been fulfilled at 94%. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.

According to operational data as of August 31, agricultural organizations and peasant farms have harvested 9,095 thousand tonnes of grain crops including rapeseed. By region, the harvest is as follows: Minsk region — 2,406 thousand tonnes, Grodno region — 1,832 thousand tonnes, Brest region — 1,664 thousand tonnes, Mogilev region — 1,184 thousand tonnes, Gomel region — 1,083 thousand tonnes, Vitebsk region — 926 thousand tonnes.

Grain crops (including rapeseed, excluding corn) have been harvested from 99% of the area.

Deliveries under the state order stand at: food grain — 624 thousand tonnes (94% of the planned 663 thousand tonnes), malting barley — 92 thousand tonnes (107% of the planned 86 thousand tonnes).

Sugar beet has been harvested from 8% of the area, which amounts to over 8 thousand hectares (plan — 109 thousand hectares). 346 thousand tonnes of root crops have been dug up with an average yield of 406 centners per hectare. By region: Minsk — 202 thousand tonnes, Grodno — 118 thousand tonnes, Mogilev — 25 thousand tonnes. The regions are harvesting beet at a pace exceeding last year's figures.

Corn for silage and green fodder has been harvested from 7% of the area.

Second-cut grasses have been mowed on 901 thousand hectares, which amounts to 89% of the planned 1,010 thousand hectares.

553 thousand tonnes of hay have been prepared — 77% of the plan, silage — 1,338 thousand tonnes (6%), haylage — 12,165 thousand tonnes (85%). Grass fodder prepared amounts to 4,058 thousand tonnes of feed units (40%).

The availability of mineral fertilizers (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) for winter sowing stands at 264 thousand tonnes of active substance, which amounts to 153% of the plan.
