Administrator September 3, 2026 11:00 Oddly enough, such a blatant violation came to light by chance. The people themselves did not dare to complain.

In Soligorsk, 26 employees were not paid their salaries from January to June 2026. The head turned out to owe a substantial amount, the local prosecutor's office reports.

Specialists discovered the violation during an inspection of compliance with labor legislation. Employees of one of the sports organizations were left without money.

"The said violations of labor legislation caused significant harm to the rights and legitimate interests of citizens," the prosecutor's office emphasized.

How the boss was punished

Following the inspection, the prosecutor issued an order to the chairman of the public association demanding that measures be taken to pay the amounts due to the employees.

It was necessary to pay off the debt of 270 thousand, or pay more than 10 thousand to each employee.

At the same time, an instruction was sent to the Slutsk inter-district department of the Minsk regional administration of the Department of State Labor Inspection to prepare an administrative offense case against the head of the organization.

In the end, the employees received their money, and the chairman of the public association was brought to administrative responsibility. True, he was not punished very severely – a fine of 4 basic units.

Didn't receive your salary – what to do

If your salary is not paid on time, there are a few simple steps to achieve justice. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection explained how to do this.

First, find out the payment dates set in the organization. Salaries must be paid at least twice a month, and the specific days are specified in the contract.

Second, try to demand payment for what you have earned. And it is better to do this in writing.

First, send the employer an application demanding payment of wages; prepare two such applications. Give one away, and keep the second – with a mark of acceptance – for yourself.

Then you can contact the Department of State Labor Inspection (including remotely – through the 'Obrashcheniya.bel' portal).
