Administrator September 3, 2026 12:00 Tax authorities of the Mogilev region identified 23 cases of illegal entrepreneurial activity over seven months. This was reported in the press center of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties inspection for the Mogilev region.

As a result of operational measures, the economic court brought 19 people to administrative responsibility. Fines totaling 7.9 thousand rubles were imposed on the guilty parties, and goods and illegally obtained income totaling 50.5 thousand rubles were confiscated. In addition, the violators were presented with taxes payable totaling 2.5 thousand rubles.

Work to identify illegal business is carried out constantly. Thus, in August, the sale of non-food goods without state registration was suppressed in Mogilev. A total of 334 units of goods were seized from an individual, including jewelry, glasses, and underwear, worth 3.9 thousand rubles. The products have been arrested. The offender faces a fine of up to 100 basic units with confiscation of the object of the offense. He also needs to pay a single tax for August in the amount of 1.1 thousand rubles.
