At the session of the city administration, the results of socio-economic development of the city for 9 months have been summarized.

During the reporting period, most of the target indicators were achieved. The nominal average monthly salary has increased.

The planned values were achieved for the index of industrial production, export of goods, tourist services, and the number of entrepreneurs increased.

The district administrations and structural subdivisions of the city administration are tasked with increasing volume, investment, and externally-economic indicators, and ensuring the completion of tasks for the current year.

Directions for work in construction and the social sphere have been defined. The heads of economic subjects are tasked with developing measures to increase the volumes of contracted works.

In conclusion, the chairman of the city administration, Ruslan Parhamovich, has been tasked with ensuring sustainable results and achieving target indicators in the current year.

The second question on the executive committee's agenda was the issue of the implementation of the city budget for 9 months of 2026.

During the reporting period, the revenues of the city treasury increased by 14% compared to the analogous period of the previous year.

Overall, the positive dynamics indicate the stability of the city's financial system, but at the same time, significant resources are being used in this work.

For example, tasks have been set to increase the volume of own revenues, the growth rate of advertising revenues, and the use of land plots.

Special emphasis was made on maintaining the social orientation of the budget: timely payment of salaries to budget sector employees was ensured, and all urgent expenses were financed. At the same time, the task of preventing the formation of creditor debt was set, and strict observance of accounting discipline was required.

Budget execution is not just a financial indicator, but a reflection of a strategic approach to city management.
