During special operations, customs officers stopped five vehicles belonging to a Belarusian sole proprietor.
The vehicles contained more than 40,000 units of clothing, footwear, bags, and other goods from abroad.
The total value of the goods is about 500,000 Belarusian rubles, the Telegram channel of the Belarus customs authorities reports.
It was established that when importing these items into our country, the mandatory condition of Presidential Decree No. 297 was not met: the goods were not delivered to the control sites before being handed over to the individuals.
For each incident, customs has initiated administrative proceedings against the sole proprietor.
