An experienced manager with an agronomic education knows that the first priority from the new harvest grain is to establish a seed fund – this is the golden rule of farming in a risky agriculture zone. It is also important to fulfill the state order – this was done very promptly, without regard for time and in full volume: 1,200 tons of grain were delivered to the Klimovich bakery plant and 220 tons of brewing barley.

The director is confident that the foundation of the team's success and achievements lies in high responsibility and coordinated work of all employees in both crop farming and livestock farming, since milk and meat depend on the grain harvest: there will be bread – there will be milk and meat, which means there will be funds for enterprise development and wages for people.

When asked to name the heroes of the harvest at OJSC Goretskoye, the director replied that everyone deserves words of gratitude and he sincerely thanks each worker who contributed to this year's harvest: for soil preparation, sowing, crop care, harvesting, accounting staff, and livestock farmers.

– I also want to thank the district administration for such a high appraisal of our agricultural enterprise's workforce for the second year in a row, – notes the director. – Last year was atypical for us; we doubled our gross production, harvesting 8,000 tons in 2024, compared to 15,820 tons the previous year. This year we harvested less than last year, but the yield is still good: 12,241 tons of grain, 2,000 tons of rapeseed, and we plan to prepare about 2,500 tons of corn grain.
