From November 1st of the current year through January 31, 2027, new sizes of state address social assistance will be in effect in Belarus. This assistance includes four social payments:

• The monthly social allowance for families is provided on the condition that the per capita income, for objective reasons, is below the need criterion — 535.7 rubles. Large families are entitled to this allowance when the per capita income does not exceed 1.15 times the need criterion — 616.06 rubles.
• A lump sum social allowance is paid when a person finds themselves in a difficult life situation, on the condition that the per capita income does not exceed 1.5 times the need criterion — 803.55 rubles.
• Social assistance for reimbursing expenses for purchasing hygiene items is provided regardless of the family's income level to children with disabilities, having a fourth degree of health loss, and to persons with Group I disability based on an individual rehabilitation program or a medical-consultative commission conclusion regarding need for hygiene items, with the presence of documents proving the expenses for their acquisition.
• Nutritional support for children in their first two years of life is provided for families where income is below the need criterion (535.70 rubles), as well as when twins or more children are born simultaneously — regardless of income level.
