From 10.9% per annum. Another bank has adjusted its housing loan programs.

Apparently, banks really need our money—in the form of interest that will be paid over the next few decades. After all, another “lender” has revised its housing loan terms. It’s about Belagroprombank. As noted by the Telegram channel Statika, the bank updated its terms of cooperation with Belarusians as of yesterday.

Thus, Belagroprombank increased the maximum loan term to 30 years and added an annuity repayment option.

Overall, the bank offers three loan products that allow you to get a roof over your head on standard terms, without benefits. These are “Construction Loan,” “Property Purchase Loan,” and “Online Residential Premises Purchase Loan.” There is also a “Home Kit Purchase Loan,” but that’s another story, not addressed today.

The conditions are as follows.

Differentiated payments:

  • 10.9% per annum for the first 730 days (two years);
  • 15% per annum from the 731st day onward.

Annuity payments:

  • 14.5% per annum;
  • 13.9% when purchasing or constructing housing from a state developer on the primary market.

“With differentiated payments, the principal is repaid in equal installments, so the total payment gradually decreases. With annuity payments, the monthly amount remains the same,” says Statika.

The bank also updated the refinancing terms for real‑estate loans from other banks: 10.9% for the first 366 days, then 15.25%.
