Starting from October 1, 2026, changes take effect regarding the operation of the M-Belarusbank mobile application. At the same time, the bank emphasizes that clients can use a range of alternative solutions, thanks to which updates will not affect the quality of service. Details were provided by Oksana Osadchaya, head of the Central Bank of Belarus (CBU) No. 707 of JSC "ASB Belarusbank".

Changes in Providing Service Packages

From this date, within the M-Belarusbank app, the free provision of "Full" and "Basic" service packages on card products is discontinued: Club "Persona", Club "Lady", Men's Club, Isi-card (including for students and students),

If after October 1 the application still contains cards belonging to different owners, previously paid packages will continue to be valid until the end of their term, but further activation of them will be restricted.

How to keep the ability to help loved ones

To continue conveniently conducting operations on relatives' accounts, the bank offers to issue an additional card linked to their account, but in your name. For this, the account holder must visit a bank branch with their passport and the details of your passport. The ready card can be collected either by the account holder or by the person in whose name it is issued.

Family relationship is not a mandatory condition for issuing an additional card, except in cases of issuing cards in the name of minors.

Both services — the M‑Belarusbank mobile app and the Belarusbank online bank — will continue to operate in normal mode.
