Resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food dated October 2, 2026 No. 79 established fixed prices for agricultural products (crop production) purchased for state needs. This was reported by BELTA in the press service of the ministry.

The document set surcharges to the fixed prices for purchases for state needs. The price increase applies to sugar beet. The price for 1 ton of standard sugar beet will be 111.59 rubles, and for non‑standard — 89.07 rubles. The resolution applies to relations arising from October 5, 2026.

The fixed prices for agricultural products (crop production) purchased for state needs, established by the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food dated February 26, 2026 No. 15, remain unchanged.

By a resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food dated October 1, 2026, amendments were made to the document on establishing the maximum permissible prices for fruit and vegetable products of the 2026 harvest in order to fulfill the state order. The maximum wholesale prices for apples of the 2026 harvest supplied for state needs during the off‑season period 2026‑2027 have been reduced by 5%. For apples, the period runs from November 15 to April 30.
