In the Lebyazhy microdistrict, attentive residents noticed changes around the building at 2 Kamayskaya Street. Previously, this was the sales office for the Promenade residential complex, which was being built by the Chinese company BUC. How the facility was used after the last apartments in the quarter found their owners is unknown. But now work is bustling around it again.
Construction equipment is at the facility, and the building itself has already changed noticeably. Workers have dismantled part of the facade, some openings are missing windows, and roof elements are being re-laid at the top.

According to the facility's passport, the former sales office is to be reconstructed into an administrative building. The work started quite recently — in August 2026 — and is planned to be completed in October. Judging by such a tight schedule, no major restructuring or serious demolition is planned.

The customer of the reconstruction is ZAO RenaissanceVector. The company was registered in 2025 and specializes in real estate management. We were unable to quickly get in touch with company representatives to find out what the building will look like and what will be housed in it.
