Andrei Kuznetsov, the Minister of Industry, presented BelTA with the results of work completed in the first nine months of 2026.

Ahead of Machine Builder Day, the ministry came out with disappointing results, but there remains an entire quarter during which it is necessary to raise the figures to the level set by the state, which has increased them. According to his words, as of today based on the results of nine months, the volume of production stands at 97%. With that, the ministry calculates that by the end of the year it will record results exceeding 100% both in terms of production volume and exports. The minister noted that exports are currently three times above the production volume and export targets, and plans to finish the year with a figure exceeding 103%. "Our stockpiles are shrinking. That cannot be bad," Andrei Kuznetsov congratulated himself.

The head of the ministry drew attention to the fact that when the volume of production exceeds 100%, stockpiles have decreased by at least 10-12%. This speaks to the stability and planned operation of the management and the enterprises. "As for the holiday, I think it will go smoothly. Our manufacturers, champions, our workers – from tractor drivers to executives – because each of us made our contribution to the development of the industrial sector of Belarus," concluded Andrei Kuznetsov.
