Additions to the Agreement between the Main Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Mogilev Oblispolkom and the regional organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Housing and Communal Services Workers and Service Sector have been adopted. The industry union leader Pavel Zhuykov explained the changes to the document.

— Currently, social partnership documents at various levels contain a range of socio‑economic guarantees for women, provisions for protecting the interests of motherhood and childhood. In the Belarusian Women’s Year, the agreement includes norms aimed at expanding opportunities for women to realize their professional potential, engage in public life, and apply flexible working hours, — the interviewee noted.

To enhance the competitiveness of organizations, ensure a high level of quality in the work performed (services rendered), and strengthen the personnel potential of enterprises, the document includes additional provisions for improving approaches to up‑skilling, training, and retraining workers. A minimum amount of material incentive for mentors’ work has been established, and opportunities for social and household support for young employees have been expanded.
