The main principle in working with people is not to remain indifferent to their problems and to use all available methods to solve them. This principle is upheld by the Mogilev regional organization of the public association "Belaya Rus," where a public reception office operates.

The next reception of citizens was conducted by Dmitry Davydov, Chairman of the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee.

Several appeals were considered during the meeting.

For instance, residents of the regional center were interested in questions regarding the registration of housing built in the Knyazhets Rural Council, engineering and construction works, and the procedure for formalizing an unregistered premises built in the late 1980s.

All appeals received during the reception have been taken under control—no issue will remain without attention.

According to Dmitry Davydov, such meetings with citizens are not a formality but an effective feedback tool.

"Meetings with the population provide an opportunity to learn what problems concern people, so to speak, from the source," emphasized Dmitry Alexandrovich. "We are always ready to listen to everyone, provide the necessary explanations, and help resolve various issues. This is important because behind each problem stands a specific person, his family, his life. And our task is not simply to respond, but to do everything possible to ensure the issue is resolved."

Dmitry Alexandrovich also emphasized that this format allows people to state their problem directly, outside of government structures, in a more calm and open environment. An example is today's appeal from a citizen who did not even want a written response; however, the law is the law, and a response will be given on time.

Thus, citizen receptions allow not only to react to existing difficulties but also to identify systemic problems that require a broader approach. Therefore, the work of the public reception office is also a contribution to improving the entire system of handling citizen appeals.
