An individual entrepreneur from Mogilev, who provided spa services, including massage services, was presented with a bill of 41,700 rubles by the tax inspection for tax evasion.

As established by the employees of the operational measures management of the MNS inspection in the Mogilev region, the individual entrepreneur concealed cash revenue for 3 years and also employed 6 individuals without concluding labor or civil contracts with them.

The amount of concealed revenue accepted without using a cash register totaled 206,000 rubles.

Following the conducted measures, the MNS inspection in the Leninsky district of Mogilev sent a notification to the individual entrepreneur suggesting that they voluntarily calculate and pay the due taxes to the budget.

The taxpayer complied with the notification, voluntarily calculating and paying taxes to the budget in the total amount of 41,700 rubles, including 3,950 rubles in tax under the simplified taxation system, 31,250 rubles in income tax from the individual entrepreneur, and 6,500 rubles in income tax from individuals.
