Chairman of the Bobruisk City Council, Maxim Guren, visited the cooperative "Leasing and Services." The focus of the head of the city is the development of city municipal property rented out, as well as the situation in the labor collective and the enterprise's contribution to the city budget.

The enterprise director, Yury Verevkin, familiarized the chairman with the work processes. There are 75 real estate objects on the enterprise's balance sheet. The enterprise has 21 specialists on staff, with an average salary reaching 2,800 rubles. Yearly growth in rented areas is ensured: by the end of 2025, the growth amounted to 124%. In addition, the enterprise is actively engaged in advertising activities: in the first half of the year, 678 thousand rubles were received by the city budget, which is 112% of last year's level.

– Our main task is the rental of premises, buildings and structures of the city municipal property. In fact, it is about developing unused objects that have prospects for further development, – noted Yury Verevkin. – Thanks to direct cooperation with the city executive committee, with full mutual understanding on all emerging issues, work is now organized efficiently.

During the dialogue, questions about involving new objects in the economic circulation were discussed. As noted by the director, recently the enterprise accepted two objects that are of interest to entrepreneurs and which can be used for city development.

– The enterprise demonstrates worthy results: growth in rented areas and budget receipts. However, one cannot stop at what has been achieved – it is necessary to increase work on involving new objects in the economic circulation, improve the efficiency of using city property, and increase the contribution to Bobruisk's economy, – noted Maxim Guren.

The chairman of the city council also familiarized himself with the work of the Bobruisk branch of the state enterprise "Mogilevhiprozem Institute" and the branch of the Transport Inspection of the Mogilev region.
