In Mogilev Customs, another meeting of the public consultative council was held. As part of the meeting agenda, the PSC considered the following issues:

• legal acts constituting the law of the Eurasian Economic Union and regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus in the field of customs regulation that came into (are coming into) force in the second half of 2026;
• the most frequently made errors when amending data declared in goods declarations;
• determination of the customs value of goods;
• statistical declaration of goods.

UE "Mogilev branch of BelTPP" presented its areas of activity, including in the sphere of providing services to business entities in carrying out foreign economic activity.

In response to questions raised during the PSC meeting, the head of Mogilev Customs, Y.V. Kuzin, gave appropriate explanations, paying special attention to the introduction by the Russian Federation of a system for confirming the expectation of goods when they are imported from the territories of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union.
