At the same time, if an enterprise lacks its own working capital, it can take out a loan, and the state will provide a subsidy equal to half the refinancing rate for the purpose of providing employees with rental housing. "The credit burden is spread not over one year but over a longer period of time. This is already a very mild payment. We have calculated and see that practically any enterprise that operates even slightly profitably is capable of making these payments," emphasized the deputy prime minister.

It is worth noting that the practice of enterprises constructing rental housing for their workers already exists in Belarus. For example, according to existing plans, enterprises will build about 600 such apartments this year, said Alexander Terekhov.
