In the capital, the Republican Forum of Working Youth opened. Along with other delegates from across the republic, Artyom Chirkov, a design engineer at NTCK JSC “Gomsellmach,” took part in its activities.

He spoke about the event’s rich program, sharing his impressions of what he had seen.

• The Republican Forum of Working Youth is a wonderful opportunity to exchange experience on organizing youth work in the workplace, as well as a place for creating and developing new projects. An interactive tour of JSC “MAZ” was organized for the Gomel region delegation, where, during a panel discussion with the company’s management, I learned a lot about the company’s structure, youth activities, and the processes of adapting young specialists to workplaces. I also had the opportunity to ask the CEO of JSC “MAZ” about the activities of student squads. Overall, the forum brought many positive emotions, as well as new acquaintances with youth from other enterprises and regions.
