During this period, construction and installation work amounted to 157.1 million rubles, or in constant prices 1.7 times higher than the level in January to September 2025. Investments for the purchase of machinery, equipment, and vehicles totaled 172.8 million rubles, or in constant prices 2.2 times higher. 303.4 million rubles of investment were used for residential construction, which accounts for 28.3 % of the total volume. A total of 6.6 thousand square metres of housing was commissioned. Of these, 2.4 thousand square metres of total area were commissioned for citizens registered as needing improvement of housing conditions, representing 35.9 % of the total volume of commissioned housing. The volume of contract work in the activity “Construction” amounted to 20.4 million rubles, or in constant prices 1.9 times higher than the level in January to September 2025.
