Reconstruction and modernization of old farms, construction of modern calf prophylactic houses, creation of comfortable conditions for workers, as well as the work of a large repair unit. These topics became the main focus during the visit to livestock facilities in the Shklov district, as well as to the regional agricultural service by the President's chief of staff Yuri Nazarov, the President's deputy chief of staff Nikolai Sherstnev, the President's assistant — inspector for the Mogilev region Nadezhda Kotkovets, and the leadership of the Shklov district executive committee.

In the Shklov district, a large-scale reconstruction of livestock facilities in several farms is underway, including those that are part of the President's Office structure. The task is comprehensive: to create modern production facilities that are comfortable for both specialists and animals. To attract personnel to the agricultural and food industry, Deputy Chief of Staff Nikolai Sherstnev emphasized that comfortable working conditions are necessary:

— Therefore we have outlined a plan of actions across all dairy complexes in the Shklov district. It is necessary to bring order not only to the production technology but, first and foremost, to the technology of animal husbandry, as well as to create the required microclimate and replace equipment.

People will work in modern conditions, receiving a decent salary, and they will ensure the production of the goods that the state needs. After all, this is not only the food security of our country but also its export component. And that is the currency, the money that the country so desperately needs.

At the dairy complex “Staroselye” of CJSC “Lyubinichi‑Agro”, a large-scale reconstruction took place — a storage facility for feed, mineral additives, sawdust, bedding material was built, as well as a modern calf prophylactic house. They also concrete-paved the manure areas, built hay trenches, access roads, and weighing stations.
