Through the Bruzgi border crossing from Poland, a Belarusian citizen was traveling in a Peugeot car. To pass the border, the driver chose the green corridor, thereby declaring that he had no items subject to mandatory declaration, reports customs.gov.by.
However, during the inspection, Grodno customs officers found undeclared cargo in the car's interior and structural cavities. The man attempted to smuggle car parts and cosmetics worth more than 4,000 rubles.

Also, administrative proceedings have been initiated against the citizen under Part 2 of Article 15.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which provides for, among other things, the possible confiscation of goods and the vehicle.
