On the eve of Unity Day in Mogilev, an unconventional event took place that combined labor and creativity. Right in the production workshop of LLC 'BelMash Plant', a festive concert was held in the format of a 'cultural charge'.

The special guest of the celebration — the creative team of the Mogilev Children and Youth Creativity Center 'Agat' — performed for the plant's workers during the lunch break. The artists performed a program consisting of well-known Belarusian folk and modern songs. The familiar melodies created a special festive atmosphere, becoming a pleasant surprise for the plant's employees.

According to the plant's employees, such musical breaks not only diversify the work routine but also greatly lift the mood, allowing them to switch gears and recharge with energy.

The importance of such events was emphasized by Alexander Gudok, Production Manager of the BelMash plant:

'Unity Day is a fundamental holiday for our country, symbolizing unity and shared history. For us, it is important that this spirit of unity be felt not only at official venues but also within work teams. Holding concerts directly at the workplace helps create a warm, family-like atmosphere inside the enterprise. When employees see the talent of young people and hear familiar songs, it strengthens their sense of belonging to Belarus's great culture and history. Such events give us all the opportunity to feel like part of a single whole, which is especially valuable nowadays.'
