Main works on the section in Rechitsk district have been completed. On September 24, approximately four hours later, traffic flow began moving across the entire width of the road in two directions.

For two years, residents of Gomel region have been following the implementation of a large-scale reconstruction project of road M10. This is only the first batch, but there are five in total.

As general director of RUP "Gomelavtodor" Denis Yasko explained, today all main elements at the site have been completed. At this section, for the first time in the region, concrete pavement has appeared, bridges and overpasses were built, underground pedestrian crossings were installed, barriers and signs were set up, and markings were applied.

A decision was made to open the section, and the long-awaited event took place. However, several road works on the object are still being carried out, which means that restrictions will be introduced for traffic safety. Drivers must comply with the requirements of temporary road signs.

Denis Yasko also noted that the reconstruction of M10 continues, work on the second batch has already begun.
