Today the Kruglyansky district executive committee chairman Ivan Bagel held another personal reception for citizens. Together with specialists, the district head examined in detail the pressing problems of local residents. The main focus of the meeting was on employment, support for large families, and protection of workers' rights in rural areas. Each applicant came with a difficult personal story, hoping for assistance and concrete help from the authorities.

One of the central topics of the reception was the problem of finding work. A local resident from the village of Sklyapovo sought assistance with employment. The man had already tried to find a job on his own by approaching various district organizations, but he was rejected everywhere. The district executive committee took the issue under control to examine the situation in detail and offer the citizen suitable employment options.

An equally important and emotional issue was raised by a father of many children who, together with his wife, is raising three minor children. The large family urgently needs improved housing conditions and has been on the waiting list for housing since 2024. Since no apartment or house has been provided to them so far, the family head came for clarification and support. The authorities promised to carefully examine the queue and provide lawful assistance to resolve this housing issue as soon as possible.

A specific but highly illustrative situation arose with a resident of the agro‑town Rakushyevo. The young woman has a specialized education in veterinary technology and worked as an assistant to the livestock brigade leader at one of the agricultural enterprises under a labor contract. Her main wish is to work in her field, so she asks to consider the possibility of dismissal from her current organization to move to another agricultural enterprise. This appeal clearly demonstrates how important it is to retain and properly motivate specialists in the countryside, giving them the opportunity to develop in their chosen profession.

At the conclusion of the reception, all the appeals raised were recorded, and clear instructions were given to the responsible services for their prompt resolution.
