A solemn ceremony took place in Krasny Bereg of Zhlobin district, at the Kozell-Poklevsky estate. This is already the fifth graduating class of the school. Certificates were awarded to 28 participants, many of whom will soon head agricultural enterprises.

Ivan Krupo thanked the participants of all five graduating classes and those who stood at the origins of the school. Over five years, the project has evolved from a personnel experiment into a full-fledged system for training managers.

– Managing a team is no easy task. The head of an agro-industrial complex must be clear, understandable, and fair. The most important thing is to be able to answer for the team, learn to make decisions, and then monitor the fulfillment of tasks, – the regional head urged.

The project has proven its viability. Many graduates have taken the helm of farms. Some are achieving significant success.

The chairman of the regional executive committee wished each graduate to succeed—as a specialist and a leader. He also wished them health, strength, peace, goodness, and, of course, success in their future work!

The training at the School of Young Leaders was completed by the chief economist of KSUP 'Lepeshinsky', Dmitry Selitsky.

– For me, studying at the School of Young Leaders was a stage of certain professional growth. During the classes, we visited several agricultural enterprises, familiarized ourselves with advanced experience in the agrarian sector, and communicated with knowledgeable and qualified specialists and managers. Each of us noted many things that could be implemented in our own agricultural enterprises. We were also taught documentation management, discussed veterinary and zootechnical issues, management in the administration of agricultural organizations, personnel work, and ensuring discipline for each person in their place. We underwent testing on mechanization, harvesting of grain crops, and zootechnics. In short, there was a lot of information—and all of it is necessary in daily work not only for the head of an agricultural enterprise but also for me as chief economist, – Dmitry Valeryevich shared.
