The machine‑building complex of the Gomel region rightfully counts as a key link of the domestic industry, bringing together more than 20 manufacturers of agricultural, road‑construction, and forestry equipment. Among them are not only flagship companies with multi‑thousand‑employee teams, but also developers and producers of the latest technological solutions.

Today, the products of the machine‑building sector are widely represented in the global market and are supplied to 17 countries, including those in Asia and Africa, accounting for more than 7 % of the region’s industrial production and export volumes, as stated in the congratulatory message: “Domestic machine‑building products annually become the centerpiece of exhibitions at republican and foreign fairs, rightfully receiving awards in the field of quality. All this is possible thanks to the conscientious work of the teams, as well as the experience and knowledge of veterans passed on to the youth.”
