Nikolai Kaznacheev was born and grew up, as they say, on the land. He never dreamed of big cities—what was always closer and dearer to his heart were the native Udozhsky sunrises, the quiet birch trees by his parents' house, and the simple bench. On it, he sometimes likes to sit in rare moments of silence, look out over the native expanses, and remember how he once met his very own, only wife, and how his sons took their first tentative steps...
His entire life is inextricably linked with agriculture, and his work record speaks for itself—after all, Nikolai has been working at "Amkodor" in the KSFU "Agrocomplex 'Svetly'" for more than 20 years. The enterprise management values Nikolai Kaznacheev, his colleagues respect him, and the youth listen to his advice. As noted by the trade union leader of the KSFU "Agrocomplex 'Svetly'", Lyudmila Vlasenko, he is a responsible and conscientious worker who will never let you down and will always come to the aid of others.
His "Amkodor" never stands idle for a single day, regardless of the season: in winter, Nikolai Nikolayevich is involved in clearing roads of snow, — Lyudmila Adamovna tells us. — And during the hot harvest season, he practically lives on the grain elevator, understanding all the responsibility. He is indispensable, like a hand without which nothing can be done.
After a hard day's work, our interlocutor hurries home. Together with his wife, he raised and educated two wonderful sons—Yevgeny and Ivan. Today they are already adults, independent individuals: Yevgeny works at a factory in Gomel, and Ivan fulfilled his dream—serving in the aviation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Minsk. For Nikolai Nikolayevich, being a father is first and foremost about responsibility, and also paternal pride in the reliable men his sons have become.
Nikolai Nikolayevich simply doesn't know how to sit idle—he always finds something to do. He has a special attitude towards memory and roots: the man carefully looks after the old parental home. Together with his wife, he has also brought beauty there—they planted bright flowers in the front garden, constantly improve the territory around the family nest, carefully preserving its coziness, just as they do in their own home.
Since childhood, the boys helped their father in everything, so today they can do absolutely everything. Nikolai Nikolayevich is confident that no matter how times change, the fundamentals of upbringing remain the same.
— My wife and I have worked very hard to raise our sons as good people, as reliable pillars for us and our families. Life shows that our childhood and the childhood of modern children are, of course, completely different things," Nikolai Nikolaev reflects. "Well, we would like them to find it easier somewhere... But there is no point in looking for easy paths; one must teach them work. We were taught this from childhood ourselves. At home, everyone worked and helped parents with everything. I remember how my mother worked on the farm - we went to her, helped, did what we could. And then they worked, and now we work too. There should be a parental example in life."
Respect for women and mothers in the Kaznacheev family is law. Nikolai saw how hard his own mother labored, and he strives to protect his spouse, after all, his sons even rely
