The parties paid particular attention to issues related to the development of transport and logistics services in the railway sector, including the implementation of the through freight train project “Slavonic Caravan,” as well as the issue of increasing the volume of freight transport between Uzbekistan and Belarus.

The first “Slavonic Caravan” train on the Belarus–Uzbekistan route departed on July 30, 2026. Within less than two months, ten through trains had already been dispatched from Belarus to Uzbekistan. A key advantage of the format is the speed of delivery and the regularity of movement without re‑routing or delays en route.

The parties also discussed prospects for cooperation in the area of industrial collaboration. The head of the Belarusian Railway informed about an interest in arranging supplies to Uzbekistan of railway‑related products manufactured by BZD enterprises.
