The Ministry of Taxation and Collection of the Republic of Belarus reminds citizens of an approaching important financial deadline. No later than November 16, physical persons must pay transport taxes, land taxes, and property tax. We remind that all these fees are combined into one common document – the unified property payment.

How to pay taxes?

  1. Through "Personal Taxpayer Account" on the official MNS website (https://nalog.gov.by):
  • use the "Personal Taxpayer Account" service;
  • log in to the system with your login and password;
  • click the "Pay" button;
  • select a payment method.
  1. Through the ERIPS system by one of the following ways:
  • via a QR code indicated in your notice;
  • via a payment code in ERIPS, after entering your taxpayer account number (UNP) (shown in the notice);
  • by navigating through the ERIPS tree: Payments and transfers / System "Calculation" (ERIP) → Taxes → region/city/IMNCS by district (or URP/ORP by district) at the location of registration of the physical person → choose from the list of taxes "Unified Property Payment" → enter your UNP number and click "Pay".
  1. At bank and postal service branch offices.

What to do if you did not receive a notice for paying transport tax, land tax, and property tax? The absence of a paper notice does not exempt you from the obligation to pay taxes. The MNS has explained how to proceed in such situations.

  • Register "Personal Taxpayer Account" on the MNS website and generate a notice.
  • Contact the tax authority and obtain a copy of the notice.
  • Review the amount of the unified property payment in ERIPS and make a payment.

How to find your UNP? Your taxpayer account number can be found in previous tax notices or on the official MNS website using the electronic service "Information from the State Register of Taxpayers (and other liable persons)" (http://grp.nalog.gov.by/grp).

The MNS urges citizens not to postpone payments until the final day, in order to avoid possible delays when conducting banking operations.
