Regarding personnel work, the attraction of foreign labor was discussed. The district head noted that such workers justify themselves: they are disciplined and responsible. In Alexander Versotsky's opinion, the list of partner countries should be expanded.
First deputy chairman of the district executive committee Dmitry Yurgo analyzed the implementation of tasks for the accelerated development of the region over the past six months. The district is confidently on course, but a detailed analysis showed where positions need to be maximally strengthened and all available resources used for this purpose.
Key parameters were analyzed: nominal average monthly salary (112.2% against a target of 110.6%) and investment in fixed capital (117.0% against a target of 102.0%) are exceeding targets. The situation in retail trade, passenger and cargo turnover is going well. However, financial and economic indicators, parameters of living comfort (housing construction), and some others require increased efforts.
An item on the meeting agenda was industrial injuries. Andrey Mimin, head of the department for labor, employment, and social protection, reported that there were 5 cases of falls from height. One of the most recent incidents was analyzed at the meeting. Practice shows that workplace briefings are conducted and safety equipment is available, but personal carelessness still plays a fatal role.
Alexander Versotsky addressed the managers: "Talk to people, remind them of the strict observance of caution. Health and life are the most valuable things a person has, and they must be protected."
