Brest State Technical University serves as the main venue for the XXIV International Annual Scientific Conference "Indoor Air Quality and Environmental Quality". The organizers of the scientific forum are Brest State Technical University (Republic of Belarus) and the National Research Institute of Building Physics of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences (NIISF RAASN, Russia). The event was made possible thanks to the support of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences (RAASN), and the Russian Society of Construction Engineers (ROIS).

The aim of the conference is to discuss the concept and identify ways to implement innovative technologies and solutions for ensuring indoor air quality and environmental quality.

The focus of participants is on issues of building energy efficiency, modern ventilation and air‑conditioning systems, eco‑friendly building materials, as well as methods for monitoring microclimate in the urban environment.

The chairman of the conference organizing committee is Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor Alexander Nikolaevich Gvozdkov (NIISF), advisor to RAASN. Under his leadership, a packed schedule of plenary sessions and sectional discussions has been prepared.

Thirty‑five delegates opted for the in‑person format. Leading scientists and practicing engineers from Belarus, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan will present their reports.

During the visit, Brest State Technical University and NIISF RAASN signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of education and science.

• Research projects in construction and architecture;
• Exchange of experience and technologies between universities of Belarus and Russia.
