What the new service can do

• Automatically receive payments. Now when you create a parcel, you choose how to receive the money: get it in cash at the post office or have it automatically credited to your 'Balance'.
• Instantly withdraw money to a card. Funds from the 'Balance' can be transferred to a payment card of any Belarusian bank in just a few seconds.
• Pay for new parcels. Money from the 'Balance' can be used to pay for the creation and shipment of other parcels via QR-box self-service devices.

How to connect the 'Balance' service?

1. Confirm your identity. Fill out the questionnaire online in your personal account on the website or in the Belpost mobile app. After that, visit any post office once with your passport (or other ID) so a specialist can verify your data.
2. Accept the terms of the agreement. Review the user agreement and contract, then confirm your consent in your personal account.
3. Enjoy all the benefits! Manage your money, transfer funds to cards, and pay for services 24/7.
